Tamana Yari Ansari is a television host with Afghan-American media and a successful Master of Ceremonies (MC) in the San Francisco-Bay Area. She is confident, eloquent and charming on the stage and off. Her charm and personality earned her fame and popularity within the media circles as well as public at large. She was a nominee for Rumi Media Award, 2014 for Best TV Show Host-Female and earned many appreciation awards by many cultural and business organizes and entities. She has also been invited by international groups in which she hosted the event in English language successfully. Tamana is bi-lingual. She knows the intricacies of both American and Afghan culture.This talent makes her shine on the stage when she switches from Farsi to English and vice versa. This ability has opened the door to serve other groups in the community and work well with people. She joined the Afghan Women’s Health organization now known as United Afghan Women Association. She is also; co-founder of “Northern California Afghan Community voice” to promote Afghan culture and way of life and to introduce it to other ethnic groups. She was invited to join the “Immigrant Integration and Empowerment” organization as the Advisory member to educate and guide the new corners in the United States. Tamana is always thinking to help her Afghan fellows in Afghanistan and also stretch her hand to help other communities in the Bay Area. She joined for successful campaign to help Afghanistan COVID19 pandemic with other organizations. Tamana also is an active member of ARA ( Afghan Relief Alliance) for any emergency help in result of any disaster. She runs two successful TV shows named, Fanous and Ashigana previously known as Harf e khosh and Ahang e khosh. Tamana also worked in a financial entity and dealt with sensitive clients and accounts for many years and has a great business ethic. Currently, she is an active business associate for a commercial Real Estate (Liberty Business Advisors) where she also deals with sensitive financial information and clients. She is utilizing her skills and experiences and follows the instructions to help clients optimize their success and achieve their business goals.
